Judy Lee is one of the Koreatown’s best known Hairstylist.  She was the owner of Chapmen Hair Shop since  2004 and moved to a new location at Raffiné Hair And Beauty in 2018.  Her specialty includes but not limited to - women’s and men’s haircut and color, highlights, magic straightening perm, hair extensions, and updos. Judy is has over 25 years of experience and knowledge and takes great pride in customer care. She loves to suggest and experiment to give new style if the clients are looking for a change, but also stay within the original look if the customers have already found what they are looking for. She loves to work with the clients and feels strongly about making her clients look beautiful and feel comfortable while and after their hair transformation.
